Happy Holidays for Olina!
We discovered after buying her several toys that she ignored, that she likes balls and will play fetch when she's feels like it. Things are going well with her.

Olina Passes her HW Test!!
Olina went in for her 2 month post heartworm treatment test today and her results came back negative!
She has put on 5 pounds since he initial visit there and really looks good.
Here's a picture of her studying for the HW test with Mr. Roy last night. Looks like the two Valentines were enjoying themselves.
My chair has been sitting in the living room for weeks ,with me never catching a dog in it. However I sat in while watching the Daytona 500 on Sunday ,and a couple of times Olina crawled into my lap while in the chair.
Later in the evening I walked into the room and found her like this:
You don't mind, do you?

Olina means JOYOUS in Hawaiian.
She really is a joy for sure, and happy to be safe in foster care.
She's tall and skinny and we are trying to put weight on her.
She is probably under 2 years old and in Pointer fashion has taken over the couch.

Here's a picture of Olina that shows how skinny she is. The Olney shelter noted that she was skin and bones when she came in, but had put on some weight there. Couldn't have been too much.Today she ate much better. The crate bowl was empty when I got home and tonight she ate a frozen chicken wing and a good cup of food.
